Community memories reach back to the 1970s, when Clarence and Dora Branesky reportedly operated a sheet-metal shop in the west end of the building while Jon's Woodshop occupied the east end.
Later recollections place an auto-body shop here in the late 1980s.
Residents also remember a woodworking school, Dwyer Stoveworks, a salon in the front portion of the building, and a bicycle shop. Exact dates and business names for several of these chapters have not yet been documented.
One of the property's best-known later occupants was Goodall Guitars.
James and Jean Goodall had been building acoustic guitars in Fort Bragg for many years, and the company's final Fort Bragg workshop operated here for about fifteen years before moving to Sparta, Tennessee, in 2024.
That chapter continued the property's woodworking tradition. Carefully selected woods were shaped, joined, finished, and tuned here into acoustic guitars that traveled far beyond Fort Bragg.
Community recollections also describe improvements made during the Goodall years, including ceiling insulation, flooring work, a membrane roof, and electrical upgrades.
Today Good Morning Graphics continues the building's working tradition through printing, signs, graphics, web design, and related business services.
